Neither the sponsors or affiliate companies associated with giveaway are responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information or for any human error, technical malfunction, lost / delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or line failure of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, inability to access any website, online service or the entry form, nor any other error or malfunction, nor any late, lost, damage, incomplete, illegible or misdirected entry. Prize is non-transferable and no substitution of prize is permitted.

Odds of winning are based on total number of valid entries received for this giveaway. A random drawing will be held on the second Thursday of the following month for the giveaway. The winner will be notified via email and/or phone call, determined by the sponsor, within a 10 business day period following the drawing. If the winner does not respond within 10 business days of notification the considered winner agrees to forfeiture of prize and an alternate winner will be selected from a random drawing of remaining eligible entries. Winner must provide adequate personal identification and proof of a valid Texas driver’s license and proof of “authorized email account holder” in the case of email entry. A 1099 IRS form will be issued to the winner. Winner is responsible for all federal, state and local fees and taxes associate with winning the prize.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the giveaway in the event that the giveaway is compromised by computer viruses, bugs, tampering, fraud or any other causes outside the control of sponsor.
By entering giveaway, participants agree that sponsors and affiliated companies involve in the giveaway shall not be liable for any and all claims, personal or third party, for damages, losses or injuries arising from or relating to the giveaway. The winner by acceptance of prize agrees to waive all rights and grants sponsor permission for the use of winner’s name, city and state and possible likeness in the future promotion and advertising of giveaway. Participants agree to all rules and conditions set forth in this giveaway.

The sponsor, sponsor employees and their families, affiliated companies and their employees conducting giveaway are not eligible for giveaway.
